授業の概要Course Overview
This is a survey course designed to assist students in increasing their knowledge and skills of communication including verbal and nonverbal communication in various communication contexts. Through learning and discussing key theories and concepts in communication studies, it aims at helping students communicate effectively in interpersonal, small group, intercultural, and public settings. Besides this conventional approach to communication, this course approaches communication from a critical perspective that questions and challenges what we take for granted in our daily interactions.
