授業の概要Course Overview
The main goal of this course is for students to become fully-engaged and confident speakers of English by activating the English that they learnt in junior and senior high school, learning phrases that will help them manage communication in a range of situations and for various purposes, and by developing their willingness to take risks and speak for longer periods of time. In class, students will practice communicating in various situations, using a variety of registers and including both semi-formal and casual forms of English. Conversation strategies for the speaking components of standardized English proficiency tests will also be introduced.
