外国語学を学ぶ目的及び外国語学を構成する学問体系と基本的な学び方について理解しているとともに、生涯にわたり知識を更新し、自らの資質を向上させる学習態度を身に付ける。
授業の概要Method of Instruction
Students will set a theme, collect and analyze necessary materials, write logically, and complete a graduation thesis according to the following schedule:
During the 1st semester
(1) Decide on a graduation thesis theme in consultation with the instructor
(2) Collect and classify references and materials, and read them carefully
(3) Create a list of references and continue to update it
During summer vacation
(1) Read the bibliographic materials carefully and make notes with critical comments
(2) Complete final outline of the thesis and bibliography
(3) Prepare a first draft of your thesis
Second semester
In early September, submission of thesis outline with a 300-word abstract and a list of references (at least 15 articles and books)
October-November, submission of a polished draft of the manuscript for discussion and guidance
December, final manuscript in English (5,000 words)
Submit thesis by the Deadline in January 2025
