授業の到達目標Objectives to be Attained
The theme of this class is the collaborative online international learning project between students from Seinan University in Japan and Amsterdam School of International Business.
The aim of this class is to develop a global mindset and key career skills, such as:
1) Virtual teamwork skills: being able to work across borders and time-zones is an important skill in today’s connected world.
2) Cross-cultural competencies: you will be working with students from different cultures and linguistic background. Furthermore, you’ll also gain insight into the role of culture in global business.
授業の概要Course Overview
You will be working in a virtual team consisting of students from Japan and from Amsterdam. There are several groups, each group has 2~3 Japanese students will join this project in this semester. The Dutch students will be allocated to one of the Japanese groups. As a mixed group together you will choose one product/service (existing from your own country or non-existing which is a completely new product/service) to sell in Netherlands or Japan. As a mixed group from Japan and Netherlands you have to work on the following tasks together:
-Step1: Research on Sharing economy. What is it? What kinds of service are known?
-Step 2: Discuss with your virtual partner which potential service you can introduce in relation to Sharing economy.
-Step 3: Decide on which country that you will be introducing your business to (i.e., external analysis, including, such as PESTLE factors).

Discuss with your virtual partner before(at least 1 hour) and after(at least 1 hour) each class.
